PERSONAL TRAINING

Inspired Adventure is a complete resource for your health and well-being. Whatever your goals may be, it is our intention to provide you with the resources you need to feel powerful, healthy, mobile, and adventurous.
IA's version of personal training is different than your average gym's. Customized programs are designed to meet your specific fitness needs. Working with one of our highly trained instructors in a one-on-one environment. you will be led through a "not-so-routine" protocol that will motivate and push you to higher levels of strength and health. We offer beginner, intermediate, and expert levels of instruction to men, women, and young adults.

The workouts take place at the Inspired Adventure studio minutes from downtown Portland or in a mutually convenient park.

Cost: $700 for 10 sessions or $75 per session. Along with that comes a weekly workout program for the days you're on your own and a diet analysis.

The Lodge is located minutes from Mt. Hood along the beautiful Sandy River. Only 1 hour from Portland, OR, the lodge is available for corporate retreats, family vacations, or simply a romantic weekend getaway.

CORPORATE TEAMBUILDING

Design the event that is right for your company!
Inspired ADVENTURE has created a new kind of corporate team building opportunity. Working closely with our clients, we design targeted adventure skills events with a focus on team building.

The custom programs will address issues such as communication, decision making, creativity, problem solving, and goal setting. The goal is to build the trust, and appreciation of individual differences that are critical for successful teamwork. Using the outdoors and creative experiential games such as

HOME REMEDIES: Healing an Injury?

Try using the old fashioned treatment of HYDROTHERAPY. The use of alternating hot and cold water on an injured area will increase blood flow, clear away inflammatory mediators, and speed healing time. Soak or run hot water over injured part for 3 minutes then quickly change to very cold water for 30 seconds. Repeat this 2-3 times, making sure to end with COLD. Dry area and feel the fresh blood healing your tissues. Repeat up to 3 times a day.
*Do not do this during first 24 hours of an injury or during an acute inflammation of a chronic injury. In this case, use ice or cold water only, for up to 20 minutes, with 20 minute breaks in between.
